摘要
利用PRO/Ⅱ化工流程模拟计算软件,预精馏塔和回收塔、加压塔和常压塔分别采用ALCO热力学计算模型和NRTL热力学计算模型并进行了热力学参数修正,以醇类、水作为关键组分,对甲醇精馏四塔流程进行模拟计算。通过计算各塔进料位置、回流比和理论板数等操作参数,对进料温度、操作压力进行了模拟优化。结果表明,四塔流程精馏出的甲醇质量符合美国AA级和GB338-2004优等品要求,在能耗、操作稳定性、灵活性方面具有优势。
The four-tower methanol distillation was done by using the chemical process simulation package PRO/II, in which alcohol and water were considered as key components. ALCO and NRTL thermodynamic models were selected for pre-distilling column, recovery column, atmospheric column and pressure column. By calculating feed location, reflux ratio and the number of theoretical plates for each tower, the feed temperature and operational pressure were optimized. The results indicated that the quality of methanol meet the requirement of GB338-04 and AA level of USA, and four towers have superiority in terms of energy consumption , operation stability and flexibility.
