数字图像刀具几何参数在线测量系统的研究

摘要 刀具质量及检测水平是影响加工效率和精度的关键因素。针对传统的测量手段既费时又难以保障测量精度且不能满足现代化大生产需要的弱点,开发了集光、机、电、算一体化的数字图像刀具几何参数在线检测系统。系统采用光电成像的方法,结合数字图像处理技术,并与数控机床实时通讯以反馈信息,具有非接触、实时性好、精度高及速度快等优点。 The quality and the detection level of the cutting tools are the main factors that impact manufacture efficiency and precision. Because of the orthodox methods have the disadvantages of taking much time, can not ensure the detection precision and can not satisfy the demand of modem manufacture, the cutting tools geometrical parameters measure system which integrates light, machine, electric and computation is developed. The system adopts photoelectric imaging method, digital image process technology and keeping communicating with the numerical control machine to feedback information, so it has the characteristic of no touch, real time and high detection precision.
