应用同步辐射CT系统研究脆性材料破坏过程

摘要 对脆性材料的破坏过程进行实验监测,非常困难。本文应用同步辐射CT系统来尝试对脆性材料的破坏过程进行初步观测。在对聚丙烯纤维增强水泥砂浆的实验过程中,得到了一些初步的比较满意的实验结果。 It is difficult to observe the failure process of brittle materials, for that process goes in a very short time and with small deformation. A real-time synchrotron radiation CT system for materials analysis in the tension/compression testing was introduced in the present paper to observe the failure process of fiber reinforced cement. By this system, the macro load deformation curve of the specimen is obtained, as well as the micro CT photograph at any loading state. These results are satisfactory as the preliminary record of the failure process for brittle material.
