摘要
实现了基于周期极化铌酸锂的人眼安全波段全固态可调谐高重复频率内腔光学参量产生过程,得到了1.6W的二极管泵浦阈值,最大输出信号光功率为330mW,并在(1.497~1.517)μm范围波长可调。
A compact tunable all-solid intracavity optical parametric generation (IOPG) operating in the eyesafe region is reported. The IOPG is based on periodically poled lithium niobate as the nonlinear material and is pumped by a diode-end-pumped Nd:YVO4 ring laser at a repetition rate of 19 kHz. A low IOPG operation threshold at the diode pum Ppower of 1.6 W is achieved. An average signal output power of 330 mW over the tuning range of (1. 497 - 1. 517) um is obtained with the diode pump power of 6 W, corresponding to a conversion efficiency of 5.5%.
