摘要
目的探讨新疆枸杞子的抗氧化作用。方法提取大鼠肝微粒体,制备Fe2+-半胱氨酸诱发的肝微粒体脂质过氧化损伤的体外模型,检测新疆枸杞子的20个样品在不同终反应浓度(100μg/ml、50μg/ml、10μg/ml、1μg/ml)时对丙二醛(MDA)含量变化的影响,观察样品清除活性氧的抗氧化作用。每个浓度重复实验3次,最后得出样品在每个浓度的MDA抑制率的平均值。结果12号样品即大孔树脂柱95%乙醇洗脱部分的MDA抑制率>50%,得出3组IC50值,分别为37.8%、23.1%、33.1%,平均为31.3%。结论新疆枸杞子的大孔树脂柱95%乙醇洗脱部分具有抗氧化作用。
Objective: To investigate the antioxidation action of Fructus Lycii in Xinjiang. Methods: Sprague Dawley rats were killed and then the livers were removed to isolate the microsome which can generate the reactive oxygen species in the presence of Fe^2+-Cysteine. In these peroxidative damage models, at different final concentrations (100μg/ml.50 μg/ml. 10 μg/ml. 1μg/ml), the contents of malondialdehyde (MDA) were examined for analyzing the antioxidative action of Fructus Lycii in Xinjiang. At each concen- tration, we tested three times, at last, we got the average inhibition ratio of MDA. Result: The inhibition ratio of MDA of the number twelfth sample which was 95 % alcohol elutropic fraction of macroporous resin ofFructus Lycii was more than 50%. We got IC50. They were 37.8%, 23.1% and 33.1% respectively. The average IC50 was 31.3%. Conclusion: The results have indicated that 95% alcohol etutropic fraction of macroporous resin of Fructus Lycii in Xinjiang shows antioxidation.
