跨省区域旅游合作研究——以陕甘豫三省为例 被引量:25

摘要 本文在简要回顾国内外区域旅游合作研究进展的基础上,选取陕甘豫三省为研究对象,运用区域地理学和旅游学相关概念和理论,分析其合作的必要性、可能性,提出合作的模式和三省区域旅游合作的构想。研究认为区域旅游合作需要以大、中城市为依托,以市场为导向,在政府的推动及各地区的积极参与下,通过旅游线路的重组、联合促销、旅游行业的规范管理、资金来源渠道的拓宽、基础设施与要素的共享等来提升旅游竞争力。 Regional tourism cooperation could break administration vallation, make tourism resources and information flow free multire.gionally, optimize the tourism resources and recompose them in large regional scales, advance tourism images and strengthen the attraction of tourism resources, at the same time it can weaken the competition between themselves and achieve win to win. Nowadays, the study on regional tourism cooperation is mostly concentrated on the cooperation of cities; there is little discussion in large scale of interprovincial regional tourism cooperation, especially in the middle and western areas. However, the middle and western areas possess a great deal of beautiful tourism resources, and they are so sight worthy. Well, the tourism resources in Shaanxi, Henan & Gansu are similar and also supplementary, and their historic culture venation is also corresponding, traffic connection is well and they have the basic condition for regional tourism cooperation. Moreover, after a brief review of the study on regional tourism cooperation both at home and abroad, and by taking three provinces including Shaanxi, Henan & Gansu as an example, using the related concepts and theories of regional geography and tourism, and according to the distinctive features of the tourism resources and convenience of transport and other factors in the three provinces, this paper analyses the possibility and necessity of their cooperation, explores a spatial competition & cooperation mechanism, constructs a flame of regional tourism cooperation of the three provinces and puts forward several strategies and hope which will be beneficial to the research on regional tourism cooperation in the middle and western areas. Based on three brand tourism lines as "The tourism between the millennium ancient capitals, the silk road tourism and the loess plateau tourism" and regional tourism network, this paper redefines the tourism lines and matches correlative policies and measures to realize the interprovincial regional tourism cooperation of the three provinces. The research shows that regional tourism cooperation is based on large and middle-scale cities and also market-oriented, which improves the tourism competitiveness and balances the development of regional tourism economy by an integration of the tourism resources, united promotion, standard administration of tourism, the widening of capital source channel and the share of matched infrastructure and factors under the impulse of local government and participant of most areas.
