摘要
本实验以湿地松(Pinus elliottii Engelm.)成熟合子胚为外植体在LP培养基上诱导胚性愈伤组织。研究2,4-D和6-BA对诱导胚性愈伤组织的影响。结果表明高2,4-D浓度对诱导形成胚性愈伤组织非常必要。不同激素配比对实验的结果影响较大,其中培养基组合为LP+2,4-D 12 mg.L-1+6-BA 4 mg.L-1可产生少量类似胚性愈伤组织的培养物。
Embryogenic callus development was initiated in cultured mature embryo explant of Pinus elliottii. The experiment was made on the influence of 2,4-D and 6-BA on embryogenic callus induction. The results showed that a high concentration of 2,4-D was extremely necessary to embryogenic callus development. In addition, the various hormone combinations would apparently affect the result of experiment. There is one combination of culture medium, namely, LP + 2 ;4-D 12mg · L^- 1 + 6-BA 4mg · L^- 1, which may form a few tissues that resemble embryogenic calli.
