The Application of Molecular Marker Technique to the Studies of Germplasm Resources and Breeding of Olive

摘要 近年来,RAPD、AFLP和RFLP等分子标记技术的应用,加速了油橄榄种质资源和育种研究的步伐。本文简述了分子标记在油橄榄品种鉴定、分类、种质的遗传与变异、分子标记连锁遗传图谱及基因定位和标记等方面的应用和取得的进展。并探讨了分子标记技术在油橄榄研究上存在的问题和应用前景。 In recent years, the application of molecular markers such as RAPD, AFLP, and RFLP markers have speeded up the step of olive genetic resource and breeding study. This paper summarizes research and progress on molecular marker in olive tree, including identifying variety , classification, germplasm inheritance and variation, drawing molecular marker linkage maps, genetic marking and other applications of molecular markers, and also gives a description of existent problems and application prospects of molecular markers in the studies of olive.
