摘要
目的:研究直流电中药离子导入治疗小儿哮喘的临床效果与护理方法。方法:选择3—12岁哮喘患儿60例,随机分为直流电中药离子导入组与西药组,治疗前后检测各组哮喘生命质量(AQLQ)、EOS(嗜酸粒细胞)、IgE。结果:直流电中药离子导入组治愈率高于西药组,AQLQ、EOS、IgE也有显著的变化。结论:直流电中药离子导入治疗小儿哮喘临床疗效显著,临床护理很重要。
Objeetive：observing the effects of using traditional Chinese medicine to cure children asthma. Method：60 patients who are from 3 to 12 years old are included in this study.They are individed into two groups and comparing their asthma quality of life（AQL）,EOS and IgE before and after therapy. Result： the cure rate between the two groups has notable difference. So do the AQL, EOS and IgE. Conclusion： traditional Chinese medicine have better effects in curing children asthma and clinic nursing is very important too.
