摘要
路桥项目成本估算与控制是路桥项目成本目标得以实现的关键,故应转换传统的、粗放式的成本估算与控制方式,将成本估算与控制职能相分离,探索操作性强的成本估算与控制方法,使路桥项目全过程活动的成本置于可控之中。
Cost estimating and controlling for road and bridge project is the key point to realize the aim of controlling road and bridge project cost. So, we must change traditional manner of cost estimating and controlling, make the function of cost estimating and controlling department and get the best method for cost estimating and controlling. Thus, all the cost used in the road and bridge construction process can get controlled.
