Effect of hybrid fiber on early cracking behavior in concrete

摘要 为减少混凝土早期塑性收缩裂缝及提高混凝土韧性,采用了在混凝土中混合掺加两种纤维的方法,即高模量的耐碱玻璃纤维和低模量的聚丙烯纤维.通过试验确定了纤维的最佳掺加工艺及掺量,研究了纤维二元混杂时对混凝土强度的混杂系数,以确定混杂效果的好坏;通过平板试验比较了混杂纤维混凝土和单掺纤维混凝土及普通混凝土的早期抗开裂效果. Two kinds of fiber, which are AR with low elasticity modulus, have been added - glass fiber with high elasticity modulus and polypropylene fiber into the concrete in order to reduce the plastic shrinkage cracks of the early age as well as enhance the toughness of the concrete. The optimal amounts of two fibers have been fixed via tests, and the advantages and disadvantages of three different techniques, pre - adding, post - adding and water- adding, have been discussed. The coefficient of hybrid fibers on the strength has been investigated for evaluating the hybrid fiber concrete and the capabilities of resisting early cracking among the hybrid fiber concrete, the single fiber concrete and the common one have been compared from slab test.
