电除尘器T/R设备的二次电压特性探讨 被引量:1

摘要 为探讨二次电压在电除尘器应用中的作用,针对二次电压包含的丰富信息,介绍了T/R设备二次电压额定值在当前世界上流行的3种含义后研究了在开路实验及可控硅关闭时的二次电压及其在型式实验中其波形特性对输出功率计算的影响。指出目前按电场冷态试验为主的T/R设备选型不利于提高其平均值,并提出2种解决方案:继续当前的设备选型方法,修改T/R设备各抽头的二次电压等级差规定;按电场热态工况进行设备选型,修改电除尘冷态试验标准。最后提出了反电晕的等效电路图,指出研究二次电压波形特征是反电晕检测控制的关键。 Three popular meanings of the second rated voltage value of T/R nowadays: root mean square value in resistance load(China as representative. ), mean value in resistance load (few countries), peak value in open circuit (most countries in Europe, America)are analyzed, and the relation between the second voltage peak value and the second voltage average value during open circuit is studied. The phenomenon of no-zero for the primary and second voltage when thyristor is off as well as the influence of the second voltage on output power calculation during type testing is discussed. The impair on the selection under the cold state testing is presented, and two kinds of solutions are put forward:modifying nowadays regulation of the second voltage grade difference in T/R tap; type selection according to practical hot state working condition, greatly reducing the second voltage and current value grade of T/R, modifying the present related standard of the cold state testing. Meanwhile, the back-corona equivalent circuit diagram in ESP and the very important relation between the second voltage minimum value and the back-corona degree are brought forward. The second voltage minimum value is much lower than the beginning corona secondary voltage in back-corona. Finally, it is pointed out that the key point of detection algorithm for control of back-corona being suitable for intermittent power supply can be good for reducing the back-corona and improving performance for ESP.
