腰椎小关节阻滞对28例腰背痛的诊治分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨腰椎小关节内阻滞对腰背痛的治疗价值。方法对28例明确诊断腰椎小关节源性腰背痛患者给予双侧腰椎小关节内阻滞治疗。结果疼痛完全消失20例,部分消失8例,疼痛缓解平均4个月。结论腰椎小关节内阻滞疗法对腰椎小关节源性腰背痛疗效好、方法简便、不良反应小。
