摘要
对我国部分地区峰谷负荷分时电价作了一些探讨性的研究，尤其对峰谷分时电价的理论形成基础，在试行过程中所存在的问题提出了个人看法。
In this paper, the studying on timesharing counted electric price for peakvalley load is introduced and discussed.Particularly. in theory forming base,some questions exist by trying out. Being directed against those, the Personal views are put forward.
