摘要
目的探讨血浆置换治疗重型肝炎的临床效果。方法对64例重型肝炎患者行血浆置换治疗,比较置换前后的临床表现、肝功能、凝血酶原时间、血氨的变化和对生存率的影响。结果血浆置换后患者的临床表现、肝功能、血氨、凝血酶原时间与未行血浆置换前有显著性差异,且提高患者的生存率。结论血浆置换可以作为临床治疗重型肝炎的有效措施之一,且可以为患者行肝脏移植赢得时间。
Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of plasma exchange （PE） for fulminant hepatitis. Methods 64 patients with fulminant hepatitis were treated with PE, we compared the results of clinical manifestation,liver function,prothrombin time（PT） blood ammonia before and after treatment and the influence of PE to the survival rate. Results Compared with those before PE,there were significant differences in clinical manifestation,liver function,blood ammonia and PT levels after treatment, and the survival rate of patients were increased. Conclusions PE is one kind of efficient measures to the treatment of fulminant hepatitis, and can win time for the patients waiting for liver transplantations.
