摘要
目的探讨运用升清降浊活血法治疗温病肺系发热的临床疗效。方法将36例单纯型流行性感冒发热患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组使用升清降浊活血方治疗,对照组使用抗病毒口服液治疗,观察药物对患者3d内体温的影响。结果用升清降浊活血方治疗流行性感冒风热表证,患者体温较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05),总有效率为88.89%,对照组总有效率为83.34%。组间比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论升清降浊活血法是有效的退热疗法。升清降浊活血方治疗流行性感冒风热表证发热的临床效果与抗病毒口服液相似。
Objective To discuss the clinical curative effect of the therapy of ascending lucidity, descending turbidity and activating blood on pulmonary fever of warm disease. Method All 36 patients with fever induced by simple influenza （syndrome of exterior wind-heat in TCM） were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with the therapy of ascending lucidity, descending turbidity and activating blood and the control group with Antivirus Oral Solution. The effects of these treatments on patient body temperature within 3 days were observed. Result After the treatment the patient body temperature was decreased obviously （P〈0.05） in the treatment group. The total effective rate was 88.89 % in the treatment group and 83.34 % in the control group. The difference in two groups was not significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The therapy of ascending lucidity, descending turbidity and activating blood is an effective febrifugal therapy. It has a similar clinical effect with Antivirus Oral Solution on fever of influenza （syndrome of exterior wind-heat in TCM）.
