摘要
目的:制备复方奥硝唑甲磺酸培氟沙星缓释牙栓,并建立质量控制标准。方法:以奥硝唑甲磺酸培氟沙星为主药,羟丙甲纤维素(HPMC)、乙基纤维素(EC)等为牙栓基质,按冷压法制备复方缓释牙栓,并采用紫外分光光度法测定牙栓中药物含量。结果:所制牙栓为扁梭形淡黄色小体,有良好的弹性韧性;两药回收率均在95%-100%之间,标示量均在90%-110%之间。结论:该牙栓制备工艺简单,符合2005年版《中国药典》对栓剂的规定。质量控制方法准确。为深入研究奠定了基础。
Objective: To prepare compound omidazole and pefloxacin mesylate sustained -release periodontal suppository and establish the quality standard. Methods: The suppository wasprepared with omidazole and pefloxacin mesilate as main ingredient,and hypromellose and ethylcellulose as slow- release base material. The quality standard was established by DU. Results: The periodontal suppository was yellow, flat fusiform body, with satisfactory elasticity and ductility. The recovery rates of boty medicine were between 95% - 100%, and the marked content was between 90% - 110%. Conclusion: The preparation technique is simple, convenient and corresponds to the regular of "Chinese Pharmacopeia" on suppository. Quality control is accurate and precise in, which establishs the foundation for further research.
