摘要
传统和高新产业区创新网络在形成基础、创新思想的来源、网络联系的主要内容、网络内劳动力的流动性、与区域外部联系的强度方面存在着差异,而在政府的作用、非正式的交流、创新的产业文化方面都存在着许多相同或相似之处。针对不同的产业区,企业和政府应该从不同的方面着手培育、发展和完善产业区创新网络。
There are much difference in foundation, origin, the main content of network communication, the flowing of the workforce in the network, communication with the world dehors between the traditional innovation network and the hightech innovation network; however, they are the same or much similar in such aspects as the function of the government, informal and innovative industrial culture. We advise that the government should adopt methods to cultivate, develop and perfect the innovation network based on the differences of industrial zones.
