摘要
劳资矛盾已成为当前企业面临的严峻问题。劳资矛盾不仅造成“工时的浪费”、“工作努力的浪费”以及员工道德风险的增加,甚至可能造成员工退出合作,给企业带来内部组织成本的大幅提升,导致企业生产效率受损。实现真正的“双赢”,企业必须做出积极而正确的努力。
At present , the Labour conflicts has been a serious problem in the enterprises . The conflicts not only caused the waste of the working hours , the waste of the endeavor in work and the augmentation of the risk of employees' morals , but also caused the employees' secession from the cooperation , and the cost of the interior organizations rise to a bigger extent , which would bring about the loss of the enterprises' production . Active and proper endeavour should be carried out by the enterprises in order to achieve the goal of " win - win "
