摘要
目的通过对20例老年恶性淋巴瘤患者治疗前后磁共振成像(MRI)信号强度的变化,来标定治疗后肿瘤组织纤维化的程度,从而对疗效作出准确地评估。方法应用MRI系统的自动测量装置,在治疗前后分别测量肿瘤、皮下脂肪及肌肉的信号强度,将肿瘤的信号强度分别被脂肪和肌肉的相应测量值除,得到标准化值。结果第1次治疗后肿瘤被脂肪和肌肉标准化后的信号强度的均数及标准差分别为0.5±0.3和1.9±1.3;第2次治疗后分别为0.7±0.2和3.0±1.3,比治疗前的标准化值明显减小(P值<0.01)。结论MRI信号强度的测量可准确评估淋巴瘤的疗效,MRI的T2加权图像可对纤维化组织和残留或复发的肿瘤组织作出鉴别。
Objective To evaluate the curative effect accurately is the key of successful treatment of malignant lymphoma. In this study, the fibrotic degrees of tumors in 20 treated malignant lymphoma patients were measured by comparing signal intensity of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI).Methods By using the automatic measurement system of MR, the signal intensities of tumors, subcutaneous fat and muscles were measured before and after treatment. The standardized value was obtained by dividing the signal intensity of tumor with that of fat and muscle. Results After first course of treatment, the standardized values of tumor to fat and tumor to muscle were 0.5±0. 3 and 1. 9± 1. 3;After second course of treatment, they were 0. 7±0. 2 and 3. 0±1. 3. They were decreased obviously than those before treatment(P<0. 01). Conclusions The measurement of MRI signal intensity can accurately evaluate the curative effect of malignant lymphoma; T_2-weighted images of MRI were most helpful in distinguishing fibrotic tissue from recurrent tumor tissue.
