摘要
血管内皮细胞在血管构筑、基底膜更新修复以及肿瘤组织内的血管生长调控中起重要作用。为进一步了解Ⅳ型胶原酶与内皮细胞、血管外间质之间的相互关系,本文用体外培养的内皮细胞作免疫细胞化学染色,观察内皮细胞表面Ⅳ型胶原酶分布与表达。研究结果表明,人血管内皮细胞具有合成和表达Ⅳ型胶原酶的功能,并对此作了进一步的讨论。
Vascular endothelial cell plays an important role in vascular construction, basement membrane remodle and control over the vascular growth in tumor tissues. In order to study the relationship between type Ⅳ collagenase,endothelium and extravaalar matrix ,the cultured human umbilical vein cells in vitre were used to observe the expression and distribution of type Ⅳagenase with the method of immunocytochemistry. The result showed that human vascular endothelium has the function ofyhnthesis and expression of type Ⅳ collagenase and the discussion is also given in this article.
