摘要
目的 验证“精神障碍诊断量表(Diagnostic Schedule of Mental Disorders,DSMD)”在Alzheimer病临床诊断上的实用价值。方法 用DSMD评估1993年底在院的Alzheimer病患者32名,逐条进行分析。结果 1.DSMD与CCMD-2项目相对应;2.DSMD所引入的MIFE及SFRS均有实用价值。结论 DSMD的Alzheimer病部分适用于临床诊断及病史书写;作者提出几点改进意见。
' Object: To verify the usage of diagnostic schedule of mental disorder (DSMD) in the diagnosing of Alzheimer's disease. Methods: 32 patients with Alzheimer's cisease were assessed with DSMD and the data were analyzed. Results: 1. DSMD fitted for CCMD-2; 2. The MIFE and SFRS in DSMD was useful. Conclusion: The chapter of Alzheimer's disease of DSMD was useful in daily clinics.
