摘要
本文对全列虫（Ｈｏｌｏｓｔｉ）的形态特征、内部构造作了初步描述，并对全列应进行了温度、密度、酸碱度及饵料等实验生态培养试验，同时对其繁殖习性及保种方法也作了初步研究。
