摘要
热风炉在送风操作过程中,烟道阀门盖突然发生爆裂,为查明阀门盖的爆裂原因,对阀门盖残骸进行了断口观察、成分测试、金相组织检查和力学性能测试。分析结果表明,盖体爆裂是由内表面起源,向外表面扩展,断裂源区无明显陈旧性裂纹,炸裂主要与化学成分不符合要求、材料存在组织缺陷和力学性能较低等因素有关。
On the operational sending wind, the cover of the flue valve on the sirocco stove bursted suddenly. In order to find out the reason, the macro and micro fracture characteristics of the valve cover were observed. The chemical composition, microstructure and properties of the valve cover material were tested and analyzed. The results show that the valve cover bursting initiated from the inner surface, and propagated to the outer surface. No obviously old crack was found on the origin zone. The valve cover bursting resulted by the improper chemical composition, structure defects and low mechanical properties.
