原发性胃肠道淋巴瘤的CT诊断价值 被引量：6

摘要 目的:探讨原发性胃肠道淋巴瘤的CT表现及其诊断价值。材料和方法:分析21例经临床病理证实的原发性胃肠道淋巴瘤的CT表现。结果:原发性胃淋巴瘤10例中,浸润型5例、溃疡型2例和肿块及混合型3例。原发性小肠淋巴瘤5例中,浸润型2例和肿块型3例。原发性结直肠淋巴瘤5例中,浸润型2例、肿块型2例和混合型1例。原发性食道淋巴瘤1例为浸润型。结论:原发性胃肠道淋巴瘤的CT表现多种多样,有的病变,如浸润型病变,结合临床可提示诊断,但确诊需依靠病理诊断。
