摘要
在宽广的参数范围内试验研究了卧式螺旋管内汽液两相压力降脉动,获得了均匀加热条件下压力降脉动的周期、振幅特性及脉动发生的界限;并首次研究了沿流动方向不均匀加热条件对卧式螺旋管内压力降脉动的影响规律;给出了压力降型脉动发生的界限预报关系式.为汽液两相流动不稳定性的进一步研究和螺旋管式热交换器及锅炉反应器的设计、开发提供了依据.
An experimental investigation on pressure drop oscillation of two-phase flow instabilities was conducted in horizontal helically coiled tube with water as working fluid. The period range,amplitude characteristic and occrrence boundaries of pressure drop oscillation under uniformly heated conditions were presented, and the effect of non-uniformly heated conditions was studied.A correlation for predicting the occurrence boundary of pressure drop oscillation in horizontal helically coiled tube was provided.
