摘要
证明了一个连续函数Ｆ（λ）成为某个函数ｆ（ｔ）的Ｌａｐｌａｃｅ变换的一个新的充要条件。
In this paper,a new sufficient and necessary condition for a given function F∈C(0,∞) to be a Laplace transform of a certain function f∈L ∞(0,∞) is proved.Therefore,some generating theorems of the semigroups of linear operators are obtained,the theorems are different from the Hille Yosida theorem.
