摘要
目的:探讨中药复肝宁对实验性肝纤维化大鼠肝细胞的保护作用。方法:采用猪血清致大鼠肝纤维化模型,观察复肝宁对肝功能及肝细胞损伤超微结构的影响。结果:复肝宁明显改善肝细胞变性及炎细胞浸润等情况,同时明显降低血清转氨酶活性,升高血清白蛋白,降低白球蛋白比例;电镜观察表明复肝宁对实验性肝纤维化大鼠肝细胞线粒体等细胞器的损伤有保护作用。结论:复肝宁能明显减轻猪血清所致的肝细胞损伤,保护肝细胞,改善肝功能。
Objective： To observe the protective effect of FuGanNing on hepatocytes of rats with experimental hepatic fibrosis rat.Method： Wistar rat model of liver fibrosis was induced by PS. The Effect Of FuGanNing On liver function, histological change and ultrStructural were examined. Results： Liver function, histological change and ultrastructural were significantly improved. The degree of steatosis was significantlydereased. Conlusion：FuGanNing might protect hepatocyt-s, mitochondria from the injury induced by PS and improve hepatic function.
