摘要
目的建立格列齐特中残留乙醇和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺的测定方法。方法应用气相色谱法,氢火焰离子化检测器,检测器温度为250℃。结果乙醇的线性范围为0.128~1.02mg.ml-1,r=0.9997,回收率为98.9%,RSD=0.63%(n=6)。N,N-二甲基甲酰胺的线性范围为43.8~175.2μg.ml-1,r=0.9998,回收率为98.2%,RSD=1.12%(n=6)。样品中只检出乙醇。结论该方法简单、准确。
OBJECTIVE Establish a method to determine ethanol and DMF remaining in gliclazide. METHODS Chromatograph-gas was used, flame ionization detector temperature was 250℃. RESULTS In the sample of gliclazide, only the ethanol was detected. The linear range of ethanol was 0.128~1.02mg·ml^-1, r = 0.9997, the average recovery of ethanol was 98.9 %, RSD = 0.63 % (n = 6). The linear range of DMF was 43.8~175.2μg·ml^-1, r=0.9998, the average recovery rate of DMF was 98.2%, RSD = 1.12 % (n = 6). CONCLUSION The method was simple and accurate.
