泡沫陶瓷过滤器对球墨铸铁组织和性能的影响

Effectiveness Caused by a Foam Ceramic Filter on the Tectorial Consitutions and Properties of the Nodular Cast Iron

摘要 研究了泡沫陶瓷过滤器对球墨铸铁成分、组织和机械性能的影响。试验结果表明:在浇注系统中放置泡沫陶瓷过滤器,可以减少球墨铸铁中硫的含量,平均降低36.5%.去除夹杂物并改善石墨化状况。 A research is made of effectiveness caused by a foam ceramic filter on elements, constitutions and mechanical properties of the nodular cast iron. Experimental results show that the foam ceramic filter placed in the pouring system can decrease the sulfur content in this nodular cast iron, at an average rate of 36.5% in degrading. If the inclusion is eliminated in this system, the graphitization can be improved, with fluidity and mechanical property up graded.
