摘要
XRD,TEM,IR结果表明,仲钼酸铵浸渍晶态Zr(OH)4,焙烧前后组分存在形式明显不同.焙烧前,单斜(ZrO2(m))为主;焙烧后ZrO2以四方晶型(ZrO2(t))为主,只含有少量的ZrO2(m),含有晶相Zr(MoO4)2组分,在IR谱中表现为500—1000cm^-2’的吸收峰.在此基础上,提出MoO3/ZrO2超强酸中心形成机理模型.
It has been shown by means of XRD, TEM, IR that there are some obvious differences in the forms of component between MoO3/ZrO2 at various stages. Before being calcined, ZrO2 is in existence in the form of sin- gle inclined. After being calcined, ZrO2 is in existence in the form of cubic (ZrO2 (t) ), and MoO3 reacts with ZrO2 (t) and turns into bulk Zr( MoO, )2 at 500℃. MoO3-O-Zr surface species is shown by IR band at 500 ~ 1 000 cm^-1. The forming mechanism model of MoO3/ZrO2 solid super acid center is put forward.
