松节油和松香催化深度加工合成系列精细化工产品的研究和开发──(Ⅳ)乙酸橙花酯和乙酸香叶酯的合成 被引量:3

摘要 以松节油中的)β-蒎烯为起始原料,经催化异构化,氢氯化和酯化3步反应,合成了乙酸橙花酯和乙酸香叶酯.重点考察了酯化反应条件对目的产物产率的影响.实验结果表明,在2%的三乙胺催化剂存在下,月桂烯氢氯化粗产物与等摩尔的无水醋酸钠于85~90℃反应5h,乙酸橙花酯和乙酸香叶酯的总酯产率按投料β-蒎烯计达66.6%,酯化产物中乙酸橙花酯的选择性为40%~45%,乙酸香叶酯的选择性为55%~60%. Neryl and geranyl acetates was synthesized from β-pinene in turpentine oil by3-step reaction of catalytic isomerization,hydrochlorination and esterification in this paper,The effects of the reaction conditions on the yield of the title compounds have been investigated emphatically.The total yield of neryl and geranyl acetates was higher than 60% based on reacted β-pinene in the presence of 2%(by weight)triethyl amine,the myrcene hydrochlorids reacted with equal molar anhydride soldium acetate at 85 ̄90℃ for 5hours,the selectivity of neryl acetate was 40 ̄45%,and geranyl acetate 55% ̄60%in the esterified products.
