摘要
提出一种计算柴油机排气管三分支中气体流动过程的数学模型;其主要特点是以动量方程代替压力损失模型中的拟动量方程,用Vazsonyi公式计算出在马赫数小于0.45条件下的动量损失系数,并在动量损失系数与分支中的流动状态无关的情况下将所计算出的结果外延到整个亚音速范围.算例分析表明,新模型的计算结果与实验吻合.
This paper presents a new mathematical model for gas flow in three way branches of exhaust manifolds of turbocharged diesel engines. In the model, the momentum equation is set up instead of the imitative momentum equation used in the pressure loss model, Vazsonyi formula is applied to calculation of the momentum loss coefficient under the condition that Mach number is less than 0.45, and the result is extended to the whole subsonic speed range when it is found that the coefficient is unvarying with Mach number. An example study shows that the calculated result is more in coincidence with the experimental one.
