通过现状分析和省级应急指挥平台建立的研究,详细说明了平台建立的必要性、研究目标与任务、研究内容、技术难点、技术路线等方面的内容,探讨了平台建设中要解决的关键技术,并提出了初步的解决方案。
By the research of the present condition analysis and the establishment of province level emergency response platform, this paper elaborated on the necessity of the platform establishment, the target and tasks of studying, the contents of studying, the technique for solving in the platform construction, and put forward the solution of the first step.
