介绍二层挠性覆铜板常规的三种制作方法:涂布法、层压法和溅镀法,并对比了各自的优劣。在此基础上浅析了各种方法的市场动态及技术进展情况。
Three conventional preparation methords of two layer flexible copper clad laminate （2L FCCL） are introduced, including casting, lamination and sputtering/plating, meanwhile their features are compared. Furthermore their market distribution and new development are investigated.
