摘要
１９８９年１月～１９９４年１２月，我科采用顺铂、阿霉素组成ＭＤＦ、ＣＡ０、ＣＡＰ、ＥＰ方案分别治疗晚期肺癌７６例，有效率ＭＯＦ组为２５％～３０％，ＣＡＯ组４０％，ＣＡＰ组４４．４％～５０％，ＥＰ组为５４．５％～８０％，ＥＰ组优于其它组。全组消化道反应轻微，除１例白细胞下降０．９×１０９／Ｌ外，余骨髓反应轻微。
cases of advanced lung cancer were treated with MDF、CAO,CAP and EP regimens formed by cisplatin and adriamycin in our hospital from Jan 1989 to Dec 1994.Response rates were 25%～30% in MOF、40% CAO in、44 4%～50% in CAP、54,5%～80% in EP,with EP regithen being best.In all patients gastrointestinal tract adverse reactions are not serious.Except one case of leucopenia to 0.9×109/L,all the other patients had mild myclosuppression
