摘要
孤立肾是维持人体健康的仅有的一个肾脏,孤立肾肾结石的治疗一直是临床上一个相当棘手的问题。孤立肾肾结石治疗方法很多,如体外震波碎石术、微创经皮肾镜取石术、开放手术、腹腔镜取石等,本文就几种主要方法从适应证、优缺点、注意事项等方面作一综述。
The solitary kidney is the only kidney to maintain the health human body,The therapy to renal calculi of solitary kidney is also a traublesome problem in clinical department.There are many therapeutic ways for renal calculi of solitary kidney, inch as extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy shock, minimally invasive percutaneous nephrohthotomy,opening operation,, calculus removed by abdominoscope, and so on. The article reviews several main therapeutic methods in their indication,advantages and disadvantages, announcents and so on.
