摘要
环氧合酶(COX)是花生四烯酸代谢的限速酶,具有环氧合酶和过氧化物酶功能的双重酶。目前COX有两个亚型,即COX-1和COX-2,其中COX-2是一种诱导酶,在组织损伤、炎症等情况下表达增强。近年来的研究发现,COX-2与肿瘤的发生发展、肿瘤新生血管的形成以及肿瘤的转移有密切关系,并且COX-2抑制剂有望成为肿瘤治疗新的靶点。文章综述国内外COX-2在子宫内膜癌中的表达、调控及其致癌机制方面的研究新进展,为子宫内膜癌的防治提供新的靶目标。
Cyelooxygenase is the rate-limitlng enzyme in metabolic pathway that produces arachidonie acidwhieh has the double enzmatie function of Cyelooxygenase and peroxydase. It has two isoforms, COX-1 and COX-2. COX-2 is a induced enzyme that is highly expressed in inflammation and tissue damage. Recently it was demonstrated that there is a close relationship of COX-2 with oceurenee and development, angiogenensis and metabesis of tumor,and the suppressor of COX-2 is hoping to be new target in tumor therapy. The article overviews many progresses of COX-2 about its expression in endometrial cancer, modulation and mechanism of carcinogenesis in order to provide new targets for protection and therapy of this diseases.
