摘要
通过分析连续铸钢电磁搅拌过程中由于涡流产生的磁集肤现象,推导出在某些特定条件下的涡流方程,以此引出电磁波传播过程的衰减常数k_1及透入深度h的表达式。通过模拟实验,对透入深度与电源频率的关系与搅拌区域内的液态金属的运动状态予以分析和讨论,为连铸生产中选用电磁搅拌器的电源频率提供了有价值的参考。
Discussing the magnetic skin effect taking place in electromagnetic stirring in continuous casting, an eddy current equation is derived properly under some special conditions. In this way the expressions of attenuation coefficient k1 and penetration depth h in the propagation process of electromagnetic wave are obtained. By simulating tests,the relationship between the penetration depth and power supply frequency, and the motion of liquid metal in stirring zone are discussed. The results will be available to the frequency selection of power supply for magnetic stirrer in continuous casting.
