摘要
多元主义的基本特征是不可通约性。如何使存在着多元分歧的公民能够就公共政策或法律法规达成某种程度的一致或形成某种妥协,以维护多元动态的社会稳定和政治发展,即“多元和谐”,罗尔斯提出的关于公共理性的理论,对于我们从多元走向和谐提供了一个可取的理路。
The basis feature of pluralism is incommensurability. This article introduces the theory of pubic rationality by John Rawls and argues that this theory is of significance for the dynamic stabilization of sodiety and political development and for the mutual recognition or compromise between diverged citizens on public policy or law, namely ＂plural harmony＂ .
