摘要
我国房地产业发展中出现的许多问题在很大程度上与政府角色定位存在偏差有关。中国的房地产业除了具有产业共性以外,还具有自己的特殊性。中国房地产业发展的特殊性,要求政府在推动房地产业的发展过程中,必须正确认识房地产业发展过程中存在的误区,并根据政府目标的需要,确定相应的房地产支持政策。
A variety of problems arising in the development of China＇s real estate industry are related to the government role played in positioning itself. China＇s real estate industry has general features shared by the whole industry, and besides, it has characteristics which require the government realize misconceptions and establish proper policies to support development of the industry according to policy objectives.
