摘要
以电站锅炉尾部受热面总投资为目标函数,求得了各级受热面的最优面积分配。并以某电厂HG-670/140-9型锅炉为例用本方法进行了计算,计算结果表明用这种方法设计锅炉的尾部受热面比原设计节省投资5.38%。且用热力学第二定律分析表明。
In this paper,a mathematical model of the gross investment of rear heat recovery surfaces of boilers in power plant is deduced.Set the gross investment as an object function,the optimum value of allotment is calculated.Then take the boiler HG-670/140-9 in Jinz how power plant as an example,the result indicates that 5.38% in vestment can be saved.The analysis of the second law of thermodynamics shows that this design method does not affect irreversibility of the boiler.
