摘要
目的总结下肢骨折合并主要动脉损伤的处理经验和教训。方法对收治的78例下肢骨折合并主要血管损伤的处理方法、结果进行回顾分析。结果15例一期截肢,4例感染坏死,3例无功能行二期截肢,15例死亡。结论早期诊断及处理是关键。截肢要根据具体情况严格掌握手术指征。
Objective To summarize the experience and teach of the lower limb fractures associated with the main blood vessels injury. Methods Rotrospective studies were made on 78 cases with the limb fractures associating with the main arterial injury as to reveal the diagnosis treatment and outcome. Results There were 15 cases of first stage amputation ; 4 cases of second stage amputation for infection and necrosis, 3 cases for limb disfunction： 15 cases death. Conclusion Early diagnosis and treatment are the key to save the patients＇ life and limbs, the amputation should base on individual circumstan and should be done under strictly surgery refers drafts.
