摘要
建设社会主义新农村是新的历史时期以胡锦涛同志为总书记的党中央的战略部署。加强社会主义新农村问题的理论研究,应特别重视“二元结构”、“剪刀差”、“费税改革”等基本问题的研究。
To build the new socialist countryside is a strategic plan in the new historical period,made by the Central Committee of the CPC with Comrade Hu Jintao as the general secretary.However,in order to strengthen the theoretical research of the new socialist countryside,some basic questions should be studied,such as 'dual structure','scissors gap',and 'tax-for-fees reform' etc.
