摘要
论文提出合作虚拟咨询服务成本核算是图书馆合作必须要解决的问题,其成本构成与计算具有复杂性。采用平均劳动时间的方法来确定咨询问题的成本,可以简化成本计算,有效地在图书馆之间进行资金补偿。
This paper puts forward that cost accounting of co-virtual-reference is an important problem which must be solved in library cooperation, and its forms and calculation is complex. It will be simplified and compensate the fund among library effectively to adopt the method of average working time to confirm the cost of each question.
