社会书签是信息资源管理的新模式。它不仅实现了网络信息的随时随地存取,而且可以共享收藏,组建兴趣圈,从而使知识的传播更为开放、自由和平等。
Social bookmarks is a new model of information resources management. We may manage our collection using the bookmark, and shares the information with the other people, thus effectively expands humanity＇s knowledge.
