摘要
端炔与氢氧化铯在无水THF中于室温反应3h后与碘作用合成了7个炔基碘,收率78%~91%。其结构经^1H NMR,^13C NMR和MS确认。
Seven 1-iodoalkynes in yields of 78%~91% were synthesized by reaction of terminal alkynes and cesium hydroxide in dry THF at room temperature for 3 h followed by treatment with iodine. The structures were confirmed by ^1H NMR, ^13C NMR and MS.
