摘要
采用溶液聚合法合成了高固体分低粘度的羟基丙烯酸树脂(HAR),详细讨论了引发剂、链转移剂、反应温度、溶剂等对HAR粘度的影响。由HAR和六次甲基二异氰酸酯反应制备了性能优异的高固体分双组分丙烯酸聚氨酯涂料。
Hydroxyl acrylic acid resin(HAR) with high solid and low viscosity was polymerized from an appropriate acrylic acid monomer in solution. The influence of initiator, chain transfer medicinal preparation, temperature and solvent on the viscosity of HAR was discussed. A double component coating, acrylic polyurethane with high solid and good performance, was prepared by the reaction of HAR and HDI.
