摘要
本文主要阐述了山羊体外受精技术,特别是山羊卵母细胞的采集和体外成熟,体外受精以及胚胎培养过程中的一些研究进展,及其山羊体外受精技术的非常广阔的前景。
The paper briefly reviewed the technology of the IVF on goat, especially picking up ovum and maturation culture in vitro, in vitro fertilization, in vitro embryo culture. And the IVF will have a broad prospect.
