花生是我国主要的经济作物之一,花生多肽具有重要的生理功能。论述了花生多肽的功能性质、制取方法以及应用,并且重点介绍了其对ACE的抑制作用机理和检测方法。
The peanut is one of the main economic crops and peanut polypeptide has vital physiological function. The functional character, preparation method and application of peanut polypeptide were discussed ,and its inhibition mechanism to ACE and determination method were mainly introduced.
